What a kitchen, chef envy commence ...
Last week team TSP had the pleasure of catering for a wonderful Australian and his guests, at the idyllic May Hill House in Gloucestershire, all to celebrate his 40th birthday!
When you turn up to cater at a private dining event and the kitchen looks like the above ... life is good! It was a simple, Summer menu full of seasonal ingredients that we designed with the client's requirements in mind:
Start
Balsamic onion & Goats' cheese tartlets
Cleanser
Citrus sorbet doused with Limoncello
Follow
Ballotine of chicken with salsa verde, Jersey royals and buttered asparagus
Dessert
Peach possets with flaked almond praline
The client got in touch the following day to say thank you and sent some pictures across that you can see below
"Thank you so much for last night, the food and service was amazing"
Why wouldn't you?
